ducks are definitely not evil
links to so called 'evil' ducks
Good grief, do people not have anything better to do with their time than make up images and tales about how ducks are so evil? Of course ducks are not evil.
To be honest, I've often wondered where this whole hadenettaphobia even started from. Perhaps it was a simple, but misinterpreted look or a quiet moment gone wrong. Or perhaps it was something more sinister. Probably not. People are just weird.
However, to show just how obsessed some people are with this topic, I'm providing a few links to some of the more interesting and/or creative attempts to keep this story alive.
- an absolutely prime example of evild duck paranoia, as a woman locks herself in a car, to avoid cute, waddling ducks.
- and another, as as waddling ducks get blamed for the end of the world.
- Would you let your child ride on this admittedly bizarre, but not evil, playground ride?
- Some people are not at all subtle and get a little carried away with their image editor.
- This particular duck isn't quite evil, but it sure as heck looks like a very annoyed duck
- The folks at Super Hero Universe have a fertile imagination and don't let us down when it comes to ducks, especially with evil super villian duck and the battle of spider duck and octoduck.
- I'd say this gal has a little too much time on her hands, but she is great at finding things to do with red ducks.
- I ran this French? website through Babelfish and it didn't help at all. The logo is possibly a hint, but I can't be sure.
- Even though I can't admit that this duck might be evil, it's definitely one of the better original drawings I've seen. I'd be more worried about recliner duck.
- Ummm... this lurid green duck is perhaps a little perturbing, but at least this is being subtle about it.
- Lastly, the single best example of (faked) evil duck evidence to date.
"They whirled across the floor, sparking occasionally as their shells scraped across the concrete, criss-crossing paths and twirling under the stars, all of them happily oblivious to the lurking danger that was the hidden duck."
